My name is Hudson (first name). I am a retired attorney and practiced in Geneva, Switzerland & Washington D.C. I live in Roswell. I am originally from New Orleans, but have roots in New Mexico...graduated from New Mexico Military Institute, and lived in Albuquerque back in the 1950's through 1962, the 1970's, and again in the 1980's. I am a member of the Roswell Gun Club, the Chaparral Skeet Club, and the Del Norte Gun Club. I reload, and shoot when time permits. I have been (and still am) heavily involved in Republican politics in D.C. and here in NM. I also found this forum because of a pop up on the S&W forum. I am pleased to meet you.

Welcome from Santa Fe. Roswell is a nice little city. My work took me to NMMI regularly before I retired in 2013. I enjoyed working there.

Whats with the NM politics. It appears the Luan ~~crime~~ political machine is in firm control. What I dont understand is how they've kept people voting for them for so long. Last in education (maybe theats it?) mear. or near last in healthcare, next to worst in crime. Not a strong economy and yet the govenor throws a fundraser for the communist orientated, NPR. What can be done ...besides getting rid of the leftys. How can NM promote job frowth, which is kind of at the base of everything.
