I'm looking to get a reliable scope for my deer rifle that can withstand the wear and tear of frequent hunts, and I'm hoping to keep it under $300. If you've had a good experience with a hunting optic that offers clarity and holds zero well, let me know!

I have had good luck with Vortex optics and their guarantee and customer service are excellent. Crossfire is their budget line, but I would look at their Diamondback or Viper offerings first.
