Rifle Question

I have asked if I knew the manufacturer and caliber of the rifle used in the Kirk assassination, and I do not. Does anyone here know that information?

One report said it was a Mauser in .30-06.

From all reports I've heard thats correct. Nothiing fancy, probably a 2-3 moa rifle.
