Trigger pull for hunting

I’ve adjusted a few triggers over the years and noticed how much pull weight can affect confidence in the field. Too heavy feels rough and too light can be sketchy with gloves and cold fingers, what trigger pull weight do you prefer for hunting??

I prefer about three pounds for hunting. Heavy enough to feel safe with gloves but light enough that I'm not fighting it when it counts.
