My old filter failed on a hunt, so I need a reliable brand that can handle a lot of water without constant cleaning

I like the Sawyer Squeeze, backflushing it is easy, which means less hassle when you're out in the sticks

If you need to filter a lot of water, go with gravity systems or just buy the MSR Guardian..it even cleans itself
