Processing deer

When you drop a deer, do you handle the butchering yourself or take it to a processor? I've done both, but I'm curious what you all prefer

Processors are great for convenience, but nothing beats knowing exactly how your deer is handled from start to finish

I’ve done both too… if it’s a quick hunt close to home I’ll break it down myself, but long trips or late nights, I happily let the processor earn his paycheck.
