S&W M&P Shield Plus in .30 Super Carry. Mossberg pump with Defense Tactical insert, holding one dozen Aguilla shortie buckshot shells.

Glock 21 .45 acp with weapon light and a Mossberg 20 gauge loaded with #4 buck.

Either a Glock 36 or a Glock 29, depending on which I haven't carried most recently. I also have the Mossberg on standby with #4 and 00 staggered.

Swapped the Shield in .30 SC for a S&W CSX-E in 9. Metal frame, single action, cocked and locked, safety operates the way Browning intended.

I don't keep a firearm by the bedside because I've never felt the need. My home's secure with alarms, cameras, and locks, so that layered setup gives me all the confidence
