Guns you use and guns you own

I actually use maybe five guns regularly. But I own way more than that. The rest are just because I wanted them, not needed them. There's what you actually shoot and then there's the whole collection. What's your "actually use" number compared to your total number?

I only shoot like, four or five guns regularly. The rest just stay in the safe. Owning and using are totally separate habits and I finally realized that.

I used to have that mindset but at 76 I continue to downsize and am keeping only that which I actually use. But when I leave this mortal realm I'll take my 1911 because...

Alan!!!! Your statement above worries me, because it indicates to me that you are not aware of one of the most important “Guy Axioms” ever created...which states: “If a guy wants something then he NEEDS it!”
