Random scouting trip turned into a harvest

Last season a random scouting trip turned into a harvest. I was just walking around looking for sign and didn’t even have my rifle. I jumped a huge buck and watched where he went. I came back the next day properly equipped and got him. Lucky breaks happen sometimes....

Going back that second day showed that you were patient and made smart changes. I've had scouting trips show me where animals are moving, and it paid off as soon as I went back ready.
