Ran across this target and drill on the Glock forum. Just print the target on a regular piece of paper, post at 7 yards and let her fly.
When I was a range officer at the Otero County range, one of the instructors set up a bear defense scenario with a near-life size bear target hung on a rope and pulley system. You shot this with a big-bore double action revolver and I borrowed the instructor's Model 29. The target started about 25 yards away and you would stand at low ready when the other guy would pull that target toward you as fast as he could. The goal was to score hits with all six rounds before the target got to you. Very instructive.
The Professional Hunters Association of South Africa holds regular matches using a similar layout, but with life-size targets of the Big Five barreling at you while you fire both barrels of your double rifle, then load and fire two more.

That bear drill sounds both terrifying and incredibly necessary. Movement just changes everything...you don't really learn how to handle pressure when you're just shooting at static targets. I'd actually love to try that setup myself.

Nothing like a charging paper bear to remind you six shots disappear fast when your brain hits panic mode

That drill separates calm shooters from panicked trigger mashers

This is what I am talking about, gang. This one is mostly in English, but there are a bunch more of these Youtubes where everyone is speaking Afrikaans, a lovely language that "feels" a lot like Dutch and German. The official language of Namibia is English, but everyone speaks Afrikaans.
